Course Description

This course is designed for students preparing for CUET UG admissions into B.Sc. Forensic Science and Criminology programs.

It covers the complete CUET UG syllabus of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as prescribed by NTA with strong conceptual clarity required for forensic and criminology education.

Syllabus Coverage

  • Physics: Electrostatics, current electricity, magnetism, electromagnetic induction, optics, dual nature of matter, atoms and nuclei, semiconductors, optical instruments.
  • Chemistry: Solutions, electrochemistry, chemical kinetics, coordination compounds, organic chemistry (haloalkanes, alcohols, amines, carbonyl compounds), biomolecules, d–f block elements.
  • Biology: Reproduction, genetics and evolution, molecular basis of inheritance, human health and disease, biotechnology, ecology, biodiversity.

Eligibility

10+2 with PCB / PCM / PCMB from a recognized board (subject requirements may vary by university).
